Welcome! This is the starting point for Online Claims Training and Continuing Education programs offered by AE21 Incorporated on behalf of the Associations of Property & Casualty (PCCP) and Workers' Compensation (WCCP) Claims Professionals.

You will be directed to the charge card/payment screens, prompted to register by selecting a User Name and Password, requested to complete your Personal Information Profile, and then referred to the course module(s) you have selected.

If you are a returning User, please log in using your User Name and Password as displayed in your initial registration confirmation message. This Username and Password would have been sent to the email address you provided.

If you have been given a Course Code by your employer, enter it in the block at the upper right-hand corner of the page. You will be prompted to register by selecting a User Name and Password, after which you will be referred to the course you have selected.

Florida Certified Claims Adjuster Licensing Course
Completion of this online certificate program will allow you to waive the Florida All Lines Adjuster Examination, secure your Florida Independent or Company/Staff "All Lines" Adjuster license. Through reciprocity, you may also secure adjuster licenses in up to 15 additional states. $295.00
